Multistate Payroll Tax & HR Specialist

An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Administrator to manage multi-state payroll tax administration for a large organization. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting tax agencies to resolve outstanding notices, registering new tax accounts, and maintaining detailed logs of your activities. The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree, have proven experience in a similar role, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
