HR Generalist

Position Overview A high-growth corporate headquarters in Midtown Boca Raton is searching for a dynamic HR Generalist to support employee relations, full-cycle recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR compliance. salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS data maintenance. Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and extend employment offers. Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding company policies, performance management, and benefit inquiries. Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred). 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate setting. Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity, BambooHR).
