Custom Solutions Manager
Pay: $125,000 - $150,000
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Fully Remote)
Summary:
The Custom Solutions Manager is a senior, client-facing role responsible for delivering specialized clinical, billing, and product expertise to support complex healthcare technology solutions. Operating at the intersection of clinical workflows, revenue cycle management, and SaaS product operations, this position involves leading strategic account management, consulting, solution design, and internal product feedback to optimize customer outcomes and drive growth. With a focus on professional services and tailored solutions, this role offers opportunities for professional development within a rapidly expanding company.
Requirements:

• Clinical background (e.g., RN, PharmD, or equivalent)
• Experience in healthcare operations, care management, or clinical workflows
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement concepts
• Proven experience supporting complex SaaS or health-tech customers
• Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills
  Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, delivering clinical, billing, and product expertise
• Lead paid consulting, optimization projects, and advanced customer training
• Support escalated customer issues, account reviews, and solution design
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on solution consulting and feature requests
• Act as a liaison between Operations and Product teams, providing customer feedback and supporting product releases
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert and contribute to training and onboarding efforts
