Your Future Duties And Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Serve as a first point of contact for customers, providing courteous and professional support Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information by following established procedures. Document customer interactions clearly and accurately Escalate inquiries when needed while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role:

What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service. Ability to work in a fast paced, structured team environment. Schedule Requirements Ability to work onsite in our Troy, Alabama office Monday-Friday.
