Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) looking to make a difference in a school-based setting. You'll work two days per week and collaborate with educators and families to promote student success.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts SLP license
• Current MA DESE Educator license
• CCC-SLP credential or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
• Solid knowledge of IEP processes and school-based documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Screen, assess, and document student needs and progress
• Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families
• Develop and maintain up-to-date and compliant paperwork and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultation and strategies for educators and support staff
• Foster a positive and engaging therapy environment
