What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to both direct therapy and consultative roles

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on communication goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other related service providers
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Balance independent scheduling with team collaboration and support
