Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Channelview, TX (Greater Houston Area)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Fridays for overtime/makeup | Weekends as needed
Pay: $26–$30 per hour (Based on Experience)

About the Opportunity
DIHO Consulting USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a well-established manufacturing facility located in Channelview, Texas. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Candidates must be flexible and willing to support both maintenance and general facility needs as required.

What You’ll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
Install, modify, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
Inspect machinery to identify potential maintenance concerns before failures occur.
Complete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Work closely with production personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
Support general facility needs, including assisting with moving materials, cleaning, or pressure washing as directed by supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience maintaining pumps, motors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical schematics.
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional night shifts if required.
Strong work ethic, flexibility, dependability, and commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required.
