Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse (PRN) to support residents at our Westerville, OH community. You will monitor health, assist nurses and caregivers, and help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, following resident care plans, administering medications per physician orders, coordinating with outside providers, documenting care and observations, and maintaining knowledge of state regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr American IV
