At Pediatric Home Service , our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care , helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. If you’re looking for a meaningful nursing job with flexibility, support, and impact — this is your season.

POSITION 1

• Location: Tonganoxie, KS (66086)
• Hours: Full-time, part-time, and as-needed shifts are available for days, nights, and weekends. Around-the-clock (24/7) care is needed for the first two weeks after coming home from the hospital.
• Client Specifics: Infant with g-tube, vent, and trach
• $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights plus Shift Differentials $2 Nights, $2 Weekends

POSITION 2

• Location: Tonganoxie, KS (66086)
• Hours: Saturday 7a-7p
• Client Specifics: 5 year old with g-tube, vent, and trach
• $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights plus Shift Differentials $2 Nights, $2 Weekends

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Join our dynamic team and get ready for some serious teamwork! We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care—so no experience is required to get started. We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is from $27.00 to $35.00/hour, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
