Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst - manufacturing experience required!

Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid) – Up to $100k + bonus Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their responsibilities, gain exposure to a publicly traded environment, and follow a clear path toward an Assistant Controller position. This is a hands-on role that blends accounting, accounts payable oversight, and operational finance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working cross-functionally, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ***3 days onsite, 2 days remote Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities Support accounts payable processes, including invoice review, payment processing, and three-way match controls Analyze inventory, manufacturing costs, and operational expenses Assist with revenue recognition and Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting Partner with procurement and operations to improve financial reporting and business processes Maintain purchase order and AP reporting dashboards Support internal controls and compliance initiatives (SOX experience is a plus, but not required) Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Percentage of Completion (PoC) Accounting strongly preferred ERP experience required CPA, CPA-track, or public accounting experience is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
