Advanced Practice Provider - Internal Medicine

This position involves providing clinical care in collaboration with physicians, managing health assessments, diagnosis, interventions, and patient education in a clinical setting. Physician Assistant Role Completion of an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification/license required; no prior experience necessary. Nurse Practitioner Role Completion of an accredited graduate nurse practitioner program, with ANCC/AANP certification and Texas licensure required; no experience needed. Job Duties Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and order diagnostic tests. Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe treatments, provide health education, and monitor care outcomes. Facilitate patient transitions and document care accurately. Support health promotion and disease prevention efforts.
