IT Technician

Salary: $55,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• We need someone who can work fully on-site at our St. Peters, Missouri office five days per week.
• We are looking for two to three years of experience in a help desk or IT support environment.
• We need strong knowledge of computer hardware installation, upkeep, and repair.
• We are seeking demonstrated experience resolving desktop and peripheral issues.
• We require proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
• We value familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
• We need the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees at all levels.
• We are looking for strong time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• We value reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• We need someone who can handle a mix of physical and computer-based tasks.

• We provide Tier 1 help desk support to internal employees through the ticketing system, chat, and in-person assistance.
• We troubleshoot computers, thin clients, phones, headsets, and other peripherals.
• We assist with the setup, maintenance, and servicing of IT equipment.
• We accurately record incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our incident management system.
• We act as a liaison between our IT department and teams across the organization.
• We complete other IT tasks and projects as assigned.

CarShield is seeking a Tier 1 IT Technician to join our growing Tech Support team. This role is the first point of contact for internal IT support and covers a broad range of systems and devices, including computers, thin clients, phones, Active Directory, and related tools.
