Job Summary:

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items in compliance with cafe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas and service stations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to provide a positive and efficient customer experience.
