Description:
The Neurology Center is looking for Medical Assistants to join our practice in our Carlsbad office. The Medical Assistant I will work alongside our Physicians and Advanced Practitioners to assist our patients and ensure their care needs are being met. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills
- Team player attitude
- Willingness to learn
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Rooming patients
- Taking vital signs
- Obtaining basic medical history from patients
- Returning messages from patients
- Assisting providers during clinic
This position is an entry level position and a MA certification is NOT required. Pre-health applicants are encouraged to apply. Please include your most up to date resume in your application.
