Senior Field Support Engineer

MaxCyte, Inc., a leader in cell engineering, seeks a Senior Field Support Engineer to support its Flow Electroporation platforms at customer sites. In this role, you will install, qualify, and maintain advanced cell-engineering instruments used in cell therapy, gene editing, and biopharmaceutical discovery. You will diagnose complex hardware and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train users on best practices. Partnering closely with scientists, engineers, and commercial teams, you’ll ensure high instrument uptime, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive adoption of MaxCyte technologies that advance life-saving therapies.
