Assistant Clinical Director We are currently seeking a Therapist to join our practice as an Assistant Clinical Director. This full-time (W2) position involves a caseload of client sessions, clinical supervision hours, and office operations. Hours are flexible and may include nights and weekends. Candidates who can work remotely but live within commuting distance of our Winter Park office will engage in a hybrid model and must work from the office at least three days per week. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to staff, including monthly meetings, case consultations, and CEDS supervision. Manage the mental‑health counseling caseload for clients with disordered eating, eating disorders, and trauma. Oversee assigned clinical staff, promoting accountability and supporting professional growth. Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new clinical staff. Conduct and facilitate regular clinical staff meetings. Maintain daily office operations, ensuring a consistent on‑site presence. Represent the organization in the community, networking and outreach to strengthen referral relationships. Collaborate with treatment teams, student teams, faculty, and other departments to coordinate care. Participate as an active member of the leadership team, contributing to organization strategy. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, EHR oversight, and policy review as required. Qualifications Doctoral degree in psychology, clinical counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field; licensed in Florida (PhD or PsyD) and in good ethical standing. Qualified Supervisor status in the state of Florida. Training in trauma modalities such as EMDR, CPT, ART, DBT, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing. Knowledge of Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and weight‑inclusive care principles. Experience with eating disorders, ideally 2-3 years clinical or outpatient practice. Experience supervising clinical staff, preferably one year as a Qualified Supervisor. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems; ability to learn internal technical tools. Capacity for cooperation in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. Active malpractice insurance and willingness to maintain it. Employment Details Full-time 40 hours per week. Salary $75,000-80,000 per year. Location: Winter Park, FL (hybrid model required).
