Member Services Representative

TEKsystems is hiring for an Entry-Level Bank Teller with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Groton, CT!
*NO prior banking experience required.** *We are seeking candidates with strong customer service and cash handling experience who are looking to start a career in banking and financial services.
*Schedule Availability:*
* Must be available Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM and on Saturday's between 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
* Full-time hours (40 hours per week)
*What You'll Do:*
* Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions
* Provide exceptional customer service in a branch environment
* Handle cash accurately and balance transactions
* Educate members on available financial products and services
* Support account maintenance and general banking operations
* Assist with credit card, loan, and account applications
* Build relationships with members and identify solutions to meet their financial needs
*What We're Looking For:*
* Customer service experience
* Cash handling experience
* Retail, hospitality, banking, restaurant, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to learn new systems and processes
* Reliable and professional demeanor
