Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates also considered
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
• Ability to conduct assessments, write reports, and deliver individualized therapy plans
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ speech-language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with district and state policies
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent and effective support for each student
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and assessment reports
• Participate in team meetings and provide expert guidance on communication strategies within the classroom
