Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)Location: Minnesota Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Telehealth / RemoteThis Minnesota telehealth role is for a licensed clinician who wants to provide online therapy with structure, consistency, and room to build strong client relationships. You will work with clients across Minnesota through secure virtual sessions and help them access care without added travel or scheduling barriers.This role is ideal for a clinician who values professional independence while still maintaining high standards for documentation and client care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote therapy services to clients located in MinnesotaComplete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notesHelp clients work through mental health, emotional wellness, and adjustment concernsMonitor progress and adjust treatment goals as neededMaintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all virtual sessions
