We are looking for an experienced Back of House Team Member to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant. A good candidate for this job is a person with attention to detail who can keep the kitchen tidy and clean all while preparing, cooking, and arranging food together with the rest of our kitchen staff. What you’ll do in the Restaurant: Provide excellent guest service and hospitality Help prepare and/or serve great food Support great dining and meal experiences for guests Restaurant Qualifications: Strong work ethic Excited to come to work! “Can do” attitude Enjoys going the extra mile for the team Strong communication and organization skills A genuine, smiling personality Key Responsibilities: Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen. Preparing workstations for cooking. Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment. Checking the quality of the ingredients. Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques.
