- Prepare architectural permit drawing sets for commercial projects.
- Produce detailed shop drawings for custom millwork, signage, and specialty fabricated elements.
- Create plans, elevations, sections, details, and installation drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with project managers, designers, architects, engineers, and fabricators.
- Review project documents and verify dimensions before production.
- Revise drawings based on client and internal comments.
- Maintain company drafting standards and document organization.
- Assist in resolving construction and fabrication detailing questions.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Experience with Revit is preferred.
- Experience preparing permit drawings is required.
- Experience producing shop drawings or fabrication drawings is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
