Job Title: Business Operations Intern Employer: Fontanel Estate & Mansion Location: Nashville, TN Type: Internship Compensation: Stipend Why This Internship Stands Out Work directly with the CEO and COO of a high-end estate and event business. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll gain real experience across operations, HR, and financials—not just observe. What You’ll Do Support daily operations alongside executive leadership Help build and improve internal processes and systems Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation Track expenses, support budgeting, and assist with reporting Contribute to special projects and business initiatives What We’re Looking For Business, Finance, or related major (current student or recent grad) Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace What You’ll Gain Direct mentorship from CEO & COO Real‑world experience across multiple business functions Exposure to strategic decision‑making Opportunity for long‑term growth based on performance About Us Fontanel Estate & Mansion is a historic luxury venue and former home of Barbara Mandrell, now hosting upscale weddings, corporate events, and private experiences.
