- Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including children and adults
- Supervise midlevel providers when appropriate
- Perform routine exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Manage patient care in various clinic settings: brick-and-mortar, school-based, and mobile clinics
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Follow protocols for immunizations and preventive care
- Valid California Medical License (in-hand)
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of outpatient Pediatric experience
- Ability to work across diverse clinic settings
- Comfortable working with all age groups, including children and adults
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
This outpatient pediatrics role is based at a busy clinic in Gilroy, offering a mix of brick-and-mortar, school-based, and mobile clinic work. The provider will split time across various settings, providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. The schedule involves day shifts with full week orientation to ensure seamless onboarding.
