What’s a typical day as Service Contract Admin? You’ll be:

• Managing all aspects of service contract functions, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring fulfillment of all contractual obligations
• Processing all annual service agreements: verifying prices, matching purchase orders/invoices, and entering data into ERP systems
• Maintaining and filing documentation for contracts and invoices, and assisting with monthly processing to meet revenue targets
• Building positive rapport with customers, supporting contract renewals, invoicing, and addressing questions about service terms
• Utilizing CRM systems to retrieve and update customer and installed base information, and collaborating with sales and IT teams
• Renewing service contracts, transferring billable calls, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency
• Adhering to compliance requirements and escalating customer service issues when necessary

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold an Associate Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree (experience in billing, invoicing, or contract audits preferred)
• Can work a set 9-hour shift anytime between 5am–7pm
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong sense of urgency
• Are proficient in English and familiar with standard administrative tools (Windows, MS Office)
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and Axapta (preferred, not required)
• Display team leadership, strong time management, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment
• French language skills are a plus, but not required
