⚙️ CNC Machine Operator

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Shift Differential Available

We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into an advanced operator position through hands-on training.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and process production components
• Perform tool changes and make machine adjustments as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure quality
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of machine operating experience
• CNC experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality inspections and precision measuring tools
• Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Machine setup and adjustment experience
• Familiarity with production tool changes
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume production environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Teutopolis, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
