LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support patient well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Responsibilities Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions. Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis. Deliver quality nursing care to patients with compassion and professionalism. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited LPN program. Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing during employment. One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred. CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment. Specific Job Requirements Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action. Deliver knowledgeable and competent nursing care to patients. Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
