Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for a medical clinic in Stanley, Kansas, performing blood collections and specimen processing. The position operates Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for diverse patient populations
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Prepare and process collected specimens for laboratory analysis
- Enter patient data and maintain specimen information logs accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and perform administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
- Proven customer service track record
