Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face supervision in client's home Provide both in-office and in-field Supervision for all BCBA and BCaBA’s Provide BCBA supervision hours to BCBA trainees Provide support in training behavior supervisors, as well as direct staff (i.e. new hire training) as needed Meet with case managers and clinical supervisors bi-weekly/monthly to review their caseloads Assist and participate in clinical and operational projects Write and/or edit assessments and progress reports for clients Monitor and review activities related to intakes of new clients in designated region. Monitor and review activities related to scheduling of new clients in designated region. Monitor and review activities related to shadowing and scheduling new staff in designated region. Monitor and perform evaluation/reviews for staff members in your designated area annually Monitor quality improvement initiatives and employee incentive programs for your region Monitor and attend professional conferences and parent support group meetings Participate in overseeing the business operations for a designated area Assume accountability for the quality of services for a designated region including overall growth, financial well-being, and development. Managerial/Supervisory Responsibilities (if applicable): SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong written and communication skills, demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively while remaining professional. This leader is able to use strong customer service skills and able to successfully complete given tasks and or projects within the given timeframe. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: BCBA certification Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a BCBA with a minimum of one year experience supervising and mentoring BCBA’s (e.g. 1 years post completion of completing 8-hour supervisor training). Posses skills needed to design ABA programs for a wide range of clients with varied intellectual disabilities, included but limited to training supervisory staff, parents and technicians how to implement these interventions Knowledge and experience with DTT, PRT/Incidental teaching, NET or VB programs Demonstrated experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABAS, FBA procedures in schools, comprehensive and focused ABA assessments and training staff in assessment procedures PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms. The employee is periodically required to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift and/or carry up to 15 pounds; climb a step stool to reach above head. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
