Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, emphasizing flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for adjusted hours based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy—to deliver interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a nurturing community atmosphere that empowers clients to address common mental health challenges.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as necessary to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes.

• Educate and inform patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, support services, and community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines, using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
