Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to meticulously identify patient needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that encourage positive outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the client's situation.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, thereby fostering community among participants who share similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding promptly to mental health emergencies with effective and compassionate support.

• Engage in patient education about mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, thus empowering clients with knowledge and tools.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and care in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.

• Actively participate in weekly team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
