This means easier conversations, faster sales cycles, and truly warm inbound leads. *****You MUST have commercial real estate experience (brokerage, leasing, investment sales, etc.). Direct-to-consumer sales model — speak with owners & investors, not banking committees. $100,000 base salary — reliable income from day one. Total earnings up to $250,000+ for top performers — proven, realistic numbers. You’ll use your CRE background naturally—discussing property types, cap rates, uses, and valuation needs with clients who already requested information. What You'll Do: Handle incoming calls from motivated property owners, investors, landlords, developers, and small business owners seeking appraisal services. Provide a consultative, educational conversation—helping each client understand their valuation options. Manage a steady flow of warm leads (no cold outreach). Ensure data integrity, and keep CRM pipline updated and organized. Collaborate with our appraisal and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery. What We’re Looking For: MUST HAVE: Commercial real estate experience required (brokerage, leasing, investment sales, or similar). Ability to communicate CRE concepts with confidence. Strong phone presence and consultative selling style. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
