What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Representative, you'll conduct consultative phone appointments with prospective students across the United States and Canada. What We Look For Required: Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience Strong communication and listening skills Ability to build trust quickly Confidence handling objections CRM proficiency Reliable internet and professional home office setup Preferred: Experience selling education, coaching, financial services, consulting, or professional development Experience closing $2,000 to $10,000 offers Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals Compensation Base Salary: $3,000 per month Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000+ Top Performers: $100,000 to $150,000+ 90-Day Training Completion Bonus: $3,000 Additional Benefits: Paid training 100% remote Flexible scheduling Medical benefits after 90 days 401(k) Paid vacation and sick time Tuition reimbursement Employee discounts Professional development opportunities Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional Saturdays to maximize opportunities and achieve personal income goals.
