CLS professionals are highly trained in laboratory techniques, equipment, and scientific principles and work with physicians, lab technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely results. Key Responsibilities : Laboratory Testing and Analysis : Perform complex and specialized laboratory tests on biological specimens, including blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluids. Analyze test results to detect diseases, conditions, and abnormalities such as infections, cancer, organ dysfunction, or blood disorders. Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment such as microscopes, analyzers, and centrifuges to perform diagnostic tests.
