Job Description

Responsible for assisting patients with all aspects of personal hygiene in patients' home. Principal Accountabilities: Assists patients into and out of bed or wheelchair, to lavatory, and up and down stairs. Assists patients with personal care; bathe, shampoo and comb hair, clean and file nails and provide skin care. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certification. Valid and clean Driver's License. Preferred: 1 year of experience as a CHHA.
