Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description

The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting clients across various insurance product lines including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance. Operating within a small team, this role involves high daily customer interaction, utilizing specialized insurance software and custom in-house systems to provide exceptional service and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

Support clients with policy information and updates
Assist with claims processing and related inquiries
Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring compliance adherence
Document communications and maintain thorough case files
Facilitate clear and professional communication with customers

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in insurance customer service
High School Diploma or equivalent
