You will also be expected to accurately document all medications administered and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff promptly. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring a positive and caring environment at all times. In this role, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to senior care are essential for success.
