Finance & Insurance Manager

Job Description

Requirements

• Proven background with consistent PVR numbers
• Extensive knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations, financial services, and loan processing procedures
• Proficiency with financial software such as AutoMate, Darwin, Verify, and RouteOne
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, transaction structuring, and compliance with loan regulations
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with clients regarding finance options and contractual details
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end automotive finance and insurance process, including loan structuring, credit analysis, and contract preparation
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional client communication and tailored financial solutions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service plans, and insurance options to maximize dealership profitability
• Negotiate terms with lenders and clients to secure favorable financing arrangements while adhering to regulatory guidelines
• Process loan applications efficiently, verifying documentation accuracy and managing transaction structuring
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions within financial software systems; ensure accuracy in math calculations and 10-key typing tasks
• Collaborate with sales teams to support vehicle sales efforts through effective financing strategies
• Stay informed on industry knowledge of financial regulations and changes impacting automotive financing practices
