Work Schedule Monday - Friday @ 5:00PM - 1:30AM Essential Duties Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Strip/wax floors, carpet extraction, carpet spot removal. Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk‑behind, spot‑carpet cleaner). Expertise of use and care for Tennant Rife on equipment T-7, M-17 and M20 ride‑on scrubbers. General cleaning of buildings, keeping it maintained and in good condition. Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas. Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors. Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas. Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Keep cleaning supplies in stock. Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision. Qualifications Experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to show judgment and to work independently. High integrity required. Language Skills Some English preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None. Physical Demands Standing; Kneeling; Walking; Bending/Stooping; Reaching; Pushing; Pulling; Climbing ladders/stairs; Lift or carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
