This role includes system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, managing parts inventory, and identifying and resolving safety issues related to both Company and customer-owned equipment. This position requires direct customer interaction and may involve working across multiple sites and technologies. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.### ### Responsibilities:To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.* Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.* Take care of company property.* Demonstrate a high-impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment.* Function effectively in a team environment.* Work under direct supervision while also having the ability to work independently when needed.### Requirements:* Daily local travel with some overnight stays away from home.* Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).* Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.* Clean driving record.* Work experience preferred.* 0–2 years of technical work experience; 1 year preferred.* High school diploma or equivalent.### Driving Requirements:* Driver Application for Employment.* Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).* Required forms: + Driver Disclosure and Release + Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement + FMCSA Certificate of Awareness + Driver Certificate of Violations + Driver Statement of On-Duty Hours/Road Test + Copy of Driver’s License + Copy of Medical Certificate### Skill Requirements:* Electrical, mechanical, diesel, and/or fusion experience depending on business unit.* Ability to work independently without direct supervision.* Technically sound with strong troubleshooting abilities.* Experience using Microsoft Office applications and smart devices.* Strong customer service skills.* Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.* Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly.* Uses customer insights to develop solutions and solve problems in new and unexpected situations.### Compensation:The estimated salary range for this position is $27 to $29 an hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
