Inventory Control Technician 2nd Shift

Shift Schedule M-F, 2 pm – 10 pm. Position Overview Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories through daily cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration within the facility. Manage ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping of products, and order shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to keep inventory optimized. Key Duties And Responsibilities Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records up to date. Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports. Determine stock supply and need for replenishment. Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrinkage issues. Verify product IDs, conduct cycle counts, and assist in physical inventories. Review stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other information to ensure accuracy of shipping orders. Identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products. Additional Duties And Responsibilities Operate warehouse material handling equipment while adhering to all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by the company. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Capability to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F / -25°C to 100°F / 37°C, wearing company-provided personal protective equipment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may vary by facility. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
