Data & Reporting Senior Associate

Role Description

This role is responsible for the building and ongoing delivery of SitusAMC’s enterprise reporting strategy. The position builds the processes involved in reporting and may mentor staff. They build the technology to disperse critical information and insights to the organization and clients. Working closely with business leaders, vendors, and client service managers, the position captures business requirements, creates and administers reports, and reviews others to ensure a quality product. This role will have robust and demonstrable experience expanding and building a global Information Technology-based reporting and business intelligence platform, preferably in the commercial real estate industry. This role may build and mentor other report developers to extract critical information from operational systems and data lakes, expanding the availability of data and information throughout the organization. They will partner closely with other Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to ensure the efficient, accurate, and relevant presentation of information.

• Partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor, review, improve and ensure junior staff quality of work.
• Prompt and regular attendance is required.
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 5+ years of reporting experience preferred, with 1+ years in a mentorship role.
• Expertise building t-SQL statements is required.
• Expertise in SSRS is required.
• 2+ years commercial real estate required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with CRE loan servicing and Enterprise! (PNC/Midland CRE Servicing).
• Strong time management and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical ability, good judgment; strategic and multidimensional thinker.
• Detail oriented, organized; prompt and regular attendance is required.
• Continuous learner; excitement in personal growth and development.
• Strong commitment and dedication to the position and a team player.

Benefits

• The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00.
• Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
• Certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility, and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
• SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
