Responsibilities include:Ensuring the quality and consistency of microcircuit parts, directly impacting their functionality.Collaborating closely and professionally with engineering, trainers, and fellow operators to maintain high standards.Working independently under the direction of a coordinator to achieve area goals.Handling delicate and sensitive materials in various forms.Operating manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick and place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools.Following strict quality standards with attention to detail and steady, deliberate movements.Requirements include:Ability to work in an ESD room environment.Ability to bring concerns up through a standardized chain of command.Ability to handle and process multiple materials.Skilled hand-eye coordination is imperative for proper handling and movement of parts.Experience with microscopes is desired.Proficient computer skills.Skilled coordination and multitasking.Ability to handle delicate products.Team communication and collaboration.Good verbal and written communication skillsAssembly and inspected experienceUsed precision toolsFollowed detailed work instructions and quality standardsAble to read drawings and detailed instructionsESD experience in clean roomGood hand eye coordinationExperienced using microscopes to perform high-precision visual assessments.Expertise in precise handling and assembly of small, sensitive materialsSkilled in quality assurance and detailed inspection processesHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWhy should you apply?Health benefitsReferral programExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
