We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join a growing, family-oriented company in the flooring and construction industry. This isn't a traditional accounting role where you'll spend all day staring at spreadsheets. Instead, you'll wear multiple hats, support a variety of business functions, and become a key part of a tight-knit team that values hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do

Process invoices and support accounts payable activities

Help track project-related costs and documentation

Assist with commissions, reporting, and administrative support

Work within company systems to manage invoices, job information, and financial data

Support month-end processes and various accounting tasks

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure information is accurate and up to date

Jump in where needed and help keep operations running smoothly
