We are a well‑established construction business in North Uptown Dallas with multiple divisions, and we seek an Accounting Specialist to support our finance team. The role Reporting into the Controller you'll get broad exposure across the full accounting function from day one – AP, AR, billing, intercompany, month‑end journals, reconciliations, and project budgets. It's a genuinely varied role with real scope to develop. Who they're looking for A graduate with either a year of work experience or strong internship exposure. Attitude matters more than anything, the drive to learn, take ownership and grow. The business is happy to invest in and develop the right person. What's on offer $55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience, plus bonus. Based in North Uptown Dallas with all amenities nearby. This is a live role and will move quickly.
