Cybersecurity Engineer II

Leading engineering efforts for enterprise-wide security initiatives, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Engineer II will design and implement secure solutions, manage technical evaluations, and oversee incident response activities. Key responsibilities Design, engineer, and implement new security solutions to address complex enterprise risks Lead technical evaluations and vendor assessments to select appropriate security technologies Perform advanced troubleshooting and lead incident response activities, including root cause analysis Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2 years of cybersecurity experience and 1 year of cybersecurity engineering experience Experience with security solutions such as DLP, EDR, and SIEM Familiarity with IP, TCP/IP, and network administration protocols At least 1 cybersecurity certification, with a commitment to pursue additional certifications
