Customer Service Representative Woods Comfort Systems is growing, and we're looking for a high‑energy, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! Learn more about who we are: About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a multi‑line phone system, schedule appointments, coordinate return visits when parts arrive, and maintain accurate customer records. Responsibilities Handle a multi‑line phone system Schedule appointments Coordinate return visits when parts arrive Maintain accurate customer records Provide clear, friendly, and proactive communication with customers and internal team members Pay & Benefits Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour Bonus: Spiff program for maintenance agreement sales and follow‑up sales Medical (75% employer‑paid) Dental & Vision PTO Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Schedule: Multiple shifts available (office hours: 7:30am–8:00pm). Current opening: 11:00am–8:00pm Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of related experience preferred (not required) Dispatching experience is a plus Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus Can‑do attitude and strong customer service skills Highly proficient computer and typing skills Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational skills Experience handling a multi‑line phone system Good geographical knowledge of the service area and basic map‑reading skills Ability to support on‑call dispatching duties as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr The Legacy Realty LLC
