TalentFish is casting a line for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a Full-Time role in Austin, TX. The reason this position exists is to bring on driven sales professionals ready to take full ownership of their pipeline, close deals, and significantly grow their earnings through uncapped commission. What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- 25 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience with a strong closing track record
- Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed quotas
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals independently
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using dialers, CRMs, and sales tools
- Professional, coachable, and motivated to grow
What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
- Own your sales pipeline from first call to close, no handoffs
- Work warm, company-provided leads (no cold list building required)
- Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer to drive new business
- Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals consistently
- Overcome objections with confidence and skill
- Track activity and performance metrics to stay on top of your goals
- Compete, win, and continuously improve your sales performance
Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 base + unlimited commission per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed base salary through uncapped earnings. This role also includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and paid training. This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. All offers are contingent upon the completion of a background check, which may include but is not limited to reference checks, education verification, employment verification, drug testing, criminal records checks, and any required certifications or compliance requirements based on the end client's policies and applicable laws.
