About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key partner to the Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic direction for financial planning and treasury functions. This role is pivotal in overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, treasury, capital planning, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization, developing strategies to enhance financial performance, and strengthening financial systems to support data-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates for the CFO position at the company will have a background as a CFO in a sizable acute care organization, with a strong focus on revenue cycle experience. The role requires a leader who can appreciate and promote transparent communication, and who is dedicated to the mission of the organization. The CFO will be instrumental in supporting the company's long-term sustainability and growth, and must be adept at developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the needs of the region. A key aspect of the position is the ability to provide strategic financial direction that supports the organization's mission and values, and to ensure that the financial performance is in line with the overall goals of the company.
