About The Role The VP of Finance and Administration will lead all financial, administrative, and accounting infrastructure at LFG Homes, reporting directly to the CEO. This executive role combines daily financial operations with high-level strategic oversight. Location: Chattanooga, TN Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Key Responsibilities Supervise accounting operations including AP, AR, and payroll Drive monthly close, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant policies Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage cash flow, ACH transfers, and banking relationships Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning Oversee insurance renewals, benefits, and HR operations Manage compliance for 30+ entities including tax filings and K‑1 coordination Evaluate and scale financial systems to support growth Qualifications Proven leadership in accounting, financial reporting, and multi-entity operations Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Construction or real estate experience a plus Excellent communication and analytical skills Benefits Benefits: 401(k) Health & Dental Insurance Bonus Opportunities Executive-level exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr LFG Homes
