In this role, you'll take charge of your restaurant, build an amazing team, and create a place where every shift feels like a win-for your team and your guests. Whether it's helping your team grow, making sure a busy Friday runs smoothly, or hyping up small wins, you'll be the kind of leader who brings people together and keeps the momentum going. What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• A sharp business mind and the ability to coach others to hit goals and raise the bar
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

• Passion for creating the best guest experiences and developing a high-performing team
